Why does dispatch take 2-4 working days?
Orders usually leave us within 2-4 working days. If a size sells out, the product page will show that before checkout.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Email support@woodlandshoeco.uk as soon as possible. If the run has not started we can amend or cancel. Once it has, you can still return the item under our returns policy.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Because runs are small, a colour may not return in the same shade. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is scheduled again.
Sizing and materials
How do I choose a size?
See the size guide. If you are between sizes, check whether the style is described as close, regular or generous. For thicker socks, consider the larger size.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Batches are dyed separately and screens vary. Small differences in tone are normal for specialist footwear retail and are not a fault. If a piece is clearly not as described, our returns policy covers it.
What fibres do you use?

Will I pay customs charges?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot calculate or refund them.

How long do I have?
28 days from delivery to change your mind, 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Full detail in the returns policy.
Care
How should I care for leather and suede shoes?
See the care guide. Use a brush for dry marks, avoid soaking, and choose a care product that matches the upper material. Test creams on a hidden area first.
