Sizing & Fit

How do your shoes fit?
Our shoes run true to UK sizing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up half a size for walking boots and down half a size for formal shoes.

Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with UK, EU, and US conversions, plus foot measurements in centimetres.

What if my shoes don’t fit?
Exchange them free of charge. Email us with your order number and we’ll send the right size before you return the originals.

Materials & Care

What leather do you use?
Full-grain leather from established European tanneries. It’s the strongest, most durable grade — the surface hasn’t been sanded or buffed, so it develops a natural patina over time.

Are your boots waterproof?
Boots and walking shoes marked as waterproof use a breathable waterproof membrane. Regular leather shoes are water-resistant but not fully waterproof — treat them with our leather protector for best results.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
UK Standard: 3–5 working days. UK Express: 1–2 working days. Free shipping on orders over £100.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet as standard, but email us for a quote.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

What’s your return policy?
60 days from delivery, no questions asked for unworn items. See our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I return worn shoes?
Contact us. We review worn returns case by case, and always cover manufacturing defects.

Other

Can shoes be resoled?
Yes. Our boots and formal shoes are built with Goodyear welt or Blake stitch construction, making them fully resoleable. We can recommend cobblers if needed.

Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. Email us if you’d like to arrange a gift purchase.
